Dear Lincoln School Families,

The time has come to begin the registration process for the school year. This upcoming school year, the district will continue to use online registration. The district believes our new online process will be easier and quicker. All registration forms are available in English and Spanish. In the walk-through video and documentation, there are instructions on how to switch the forms from English to Spanish.

To get started, visit our website at L156.org. You will find a walk-through video for the process along with a step-by-step guide in both English and Spanish. When you are ready, you will either click on PowerSchool under Quick Links or go directly to PowerSchool to complete the process. If you need help with establishing a PowerSchool account, forgot your password, or any other technical assistance, please email pshelp@L156.org for assistance.

All returning students must re-register in order to begin on the first day of school. All required registration documents must be uploaded to complete the registration process. Anyone registering new or returning students is required to provide the following Residency and Medical Information. Families of incoming Kindergarten and 6th graders are required to provide copies of your student’s most current medical exam. Kindergarteners are also required to have dental exams. The required medical forms must be completed by your child’s physician. The necessary forms can be uploaded anytime during the registration process. After your forms are received and verified by the office staff you will receive a registration completion email or an email with further instructions to complete your child’s registration. Parents of new Preschool & Kindergarten students and other new students must provide an original certified birth certificate, a current physical, shot record, and a Transfer Form from the previous school for grades 1st through 8th.
